If you’re not eating a gluten-free or dairy free diet, you might be a little stumped when it comes to cooking for a friend who is. Not to worry, I’m here to help! I began drinking coconut milk before I went totally dairy free just because I liked it. I even used to sub it in regular cakes, and other baking, gluten and all!
